Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect specialising in execution and detailed planning for demanding building projects. You translate architectural concepts into precise, technically well thought-out and feasible constructions while ensuring design quality through to implementation. Using ArchiCAD and BIM, you work on and coordinate projects in areas such as residential, commercial, education, and healthcare. You combine constructive expertise with a strong understanding of sustainable, economical and high-quality architecture.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding building projects with a focus on execution and detailed planning
Translating architectural design ideas into constructively and technically feasible solutions
Creating and further developing execution, working and detailed plans
Developing demanding construction, façade, interior and connection details
Model-based planning and processing of projects with ArchiCAD and BIM
Ensuring architectural quality during technical project processing
Coordinating architecture, structural engineering, building services and other disciplines
Reviewing and integrating specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans
Handling planning interfaces and constructive issues during realisation
Considering economy, sustainability and materialisation when developing technical solutions
Ensuring planning complies with Swiss building legislation, guidelines and relevant SIA standards
Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, ideally FH/ETH or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in execution and detailed planning of building projects
Solid knowledge of construction, detailing and materialisation
Good knowledge of Swiss building legislation, guidelines and relevant SIA standards
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD and practical experience with BIM planning processes
Experience in interdisciplinary plan and specialist coordination
Good to very good German language skills spoken and written
