Project Manager Ventilation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Ventilation (60-100%) for the independent planning and realisation of diverse building technology projects. You will manage ventilation projects in industrial, commercial and residential construction from calculation and quotation through to execution and successful handover. You will be responsible for costs, deadlines, material procurement and technical coordination and liaise directly with clients, planners and contractors. The position combines ventilation technology, project management and order processing with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and execution of ventilation projects in industrial, commercial and residential construction
Technical planning and design of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Preparation of calculations, quotations and change orders for new build and refurbishment projects
Responsibility for project execution from order placement to commissioning and handover
Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors
Organisation and monitoring of material procurement and delivery dates
Creation and ongoing monitoring of project and execution schedules
Participation in and leadership of construction and coordination meetings
Monitoring of project costs, budgets and profitability as well as conducting post-calculations
Coordination of assembly and execution work on site
Support during commissioning, acceptance and defect rectification
Preparation of the required project, revision and billing documents
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner ventilation EFZ or comparable building services training
Professional experience as project manager, chief foreman or in a comparable role in the ventilation sector
Sound knowledge of ventilation technology, calculation and order processing
Experience in cost, schedule and execution control of building technology projects
Knowledge of Swiss building services standards and planning processes
Good user skills in industry-standard planning and calculation software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
