Your mission

As a strategic partner of the site management team, you carry the local HR policy in line with the group’s strategy. You ensure close HR management in an industrial and collective agreement environment while leading projects at the group level.

Your responsibilities

• Advise managers on HR decisions with organisational or human impact, as a trusted sparring partner
• Support organisational transformations and manage talent management
• Handle complex situations (conflicts, case management, disciplinary procedures) and provide first-level advice on labour law
• Manage annual processes (salary reviews, remuneration benchmarking)
• Lead recruitment and ensure quality onboarding at the site
• Autonomous leader of transversal group HR projects, from design to deployment
• Design and deliver training for managers and employees

Your profile

• Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar role with broad scope and high autonomy in decision-making
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law; experience in a collective labour agreement environment is a plus
• Proven experience in change management, HR project management, and ability to develop concrete solutions
• Capable of combining vision and pragmatism, linking HR issues to business challenges and translating strategy into concrete and applicable solutions
• Exemplary leadership, ability to persuade and dare to challenge teams
