Responsibilities

Reporting to General Management, you will take responsibility for all accounting and financial activities of the company:

• Management of general and analytical accounting
• Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Production of financial analyses and performance indicators for Management
• Management of cash flow, tax obligations and relationships with external partners
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and monitoring of results
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
• Supervision and support of an accounting colleague
• A true partner in business management, decision-making and company development

Candidate Profile

• Higher education in finance, accounting or management (Federal Diploma, Bachelor, Master or equivalent qualification).
• Experience in the hospitality, service or tourism sectors is welcome.
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting, taxation and financial reporting
• Fluent French, both spoken and written (C1 level)
• Professional English (B2 level) desired
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset
• Service-oriented with internal/external client focus
• Pragmatic and operational approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, humility, reliability and sense of responsibility
