Role:
Do you want to deepen your first experiences in endpoint management and take on responsibility? This position as Junior Microsoft 365 Engineer offers you the perfect framework for exactly that. The focus is on Microsoft Intune and a modern Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. Here you learn something new every day and contribute your own ideas. With curiosity and willingness to learn, you will quickly develop into a sought-after contact person for the digital workplace.
Responsibilities:
You resolve incidents in 2nd-level support and investigate problems with Windows, Intune, applications, and deployments.
You take care of configuration, provisioning, and ongoing management for notebooks, desktops, and smartphones.
Furthermore, you define compliance and security policies and maintain device configurations.
You package software, roll out applications, and drive the automation of deployments.
Additionally, you support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, as well as handle the technical processing of onboarding and offboarding with licences and permissions.
You also keep clients up to date with updates and patches and maintain inventory and documentation transparently.
Qualifications:
You have at least one year of practical experience in the client, workplace, or system area.
You are well acquainted with Windows 10/11 and the common Microsoft 365 services, and you have already managed devices with Intune.
Terms such as MDM, MAM, device compliance, and endpoint security are familiar to you.
You have also experienced software distribution and patch management in practice.
Moreover, you tackle technical challenges with perseverance and enjoy learning new things.
Ideally, you have written your first scripts in PowerShell, and you communicate confidently in German and understand English documentation without difficulty.
