Are you proficient in Swiss payroll and used to managing numerous variables? Do you know the Hotel Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNT) and wish to manage salaries from A to Z?

For a high-end hotel group active in French-speaking Switzerland, bringing together several establishments and a large workforce. In a demanding and dynamic environment, the HR teams support the group’s various establishments on a daily basis.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Complete and autonomous management of the payroll cycle from A to Z for 800 employees spread across several establishments.
• Handling a large number of variables specific to the hotel industry: turnover, overnight stays, spa, hours, etc.
• Preparation, control and closing of salaries in compliance with legal provisions and the Hotel and Catering CCNT.
• Reference role for salary-related questions, with regular contact with HR teams, Finance and the various establishments.

You offer your new employer

• Proven experience in Swiss payroll, with autonomous mastery of the entire payroll cycle.
• Good knowledge of the Hotel and Catering CCNT and experience in an environment with many variables.
• Comfort with numbers and payroll software.
• Rigorous, organised and reliable personality, with excellent French; English appreciated.
