For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a Business Analyst ServiceNow / DI Portal (m/f/d) responsible for developing digital tools and processes related to maintenance and infrastructure management activities.
Your mission
- Develop and administer the intranet portal dedicated to work and repair requests, including its ServiceNow back-office, indicators, dashboards, and features.
- Design, structure, and develop the technical service catalogue, then support its availability on the extranet for external users.
- Analyse, formalise, and support the implementation of interfaces between the CMMS and various information systems, including ERP, SCADA, BIM, GIS, and other business applications.
- Participate in projects to evolve maintenance tools, including migrations, version upgrades, analysis phases, design, user testing, documentation, and reporting.
- Support users in adopting maintenance tools through training, support, change management, and associated communication.
Your profile
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in Business Analysis, with mastery of elicitation, formalisation, modelling of requirements, and user support.
- Significant experience with a Service Management tool, ideally ServiceNow, as well as in managing or structuring service catalogues.
- Good understanding of complex application environments, IT system interfaces, and APIs; experience with a CMMS such as CARL Source is an asset.
- Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools, ideally SAP BusinessObjects WEBI and/or Power BI, as well as project management experience.
- Ease in change management, communication with business and technical stakeholders, and working in industrial, technical, or airport environments.
