Building Services Planner Heating/Cooling (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Planning of heating and cooling systems for various construction projects
- Creation of detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Selection of suitable components and systems considering efficiency and sustainability
- Calculation and dimensioning of heating and cooling systems
- Close collaboration with internal teams and external clients to coordinate technical requirements
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations in the field of building services engineering
- Support in implementation and monitoring of projects
Qualifications:
- Completed training in building services engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in planning heating and cooling systems for buildings
- Confident use of CAD software for creating technical drawings
- Sound knowledge of the relevant regulations
