What you achieve
- You review inpatient cost approval requests for their medical causality as well as compliance with tariff bases.
- You work closely with our internal medical specialists such as doctors. In addition, you liaise with hospitals and social insurance providers and conduct case-related clarifications.
- You are responsible for invoice verification and either approve or reject them with justification.
- You advise and support our internal departments as well as external service providers in performance management.
- You support process management in the further development and optimisation of the inpatient sector.
- You work in a virtual, cross-location team.
What you bring
- You have a qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF. Ideally, you have already worked in an acute hospital.
- You understand the Swiss healthcare system and its stakeholders.
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of tariff systems (Swiss DRG, TARPSY and ST Reha), as well as experience with a health or accident insurance provider.
- Your impeccable German skills are ideally complemented by good French skills (B1-B2).
