Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel leadership of a small HR team and ensure efficient processes within the department.
Together with your team, you continuously develop the HR structures and processes and implement optimisation measures in a targeted manner.
In all personnel-related matters, you advise managers and support them in implementation.
You coordinate the recruitment from needs assessment to successful placement and ensure a professional selection process.
Additionally, you are responsible for various reporting and system topics and ensure reliable information flow within the HR organisation.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education and several years of experience in a responsible HR role form your foundation.
You are confident in Swiss labour law and have good user knowledge of MS Office.
You convince through assertiveness, trustworthiness and a structured way of working and keep an overview even with diverse tasks.
Fluent written and spoken German, good French skills and a professional appearance complete your profile.
