As part of a new position creation, the Terre-Bonne Medical Centre (CMTB), a multidisciplinary medical centre experiencing strong growth located in Eysins (VD), is looking for:

An HR Manager at 40 – 50%

Your mission

In close collaboration with the Management to which you report directly, you ensure the structuring and management of HR by leading HR projects and handling daily HR administrative management.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

• Propose and implement an HR structure; draft and implement the staff regulations, define, develop and optimise HR processes, practices and tools, in accordance with the current legal framework
• Manage recruitment and integration processes; anticipate HR needs, draft job descriptions and advertisements, conduct pre-selections, participate in interviews and structure the onboarding process for new employees
• Design, deploy and manage the talent management and skills development process, including annual appraisals. Identify training needs, structure the training plan and coordinate various internal actions
• Provide HR expertise and advice and ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework as well as the application of HR directives
• Lead various HR projects
• Independently manage personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle and act as the interface with our fiduciary for payroll

Your profile

• Holder of the HRSE certificate or the federal diploma of HR specialist (or equivalent training deemed acceptable)
• You have proven experience in the health, care or medico-social sector in Switzerland
• You master Swiss labour law and social insurance regulations
• You have the ability to create processes from A to Z, support change, and are comfortable with digital tools
• A personality with excellent interpersonal skills, a very good sense of listening, while demonstrating complete discretion
• Autonomous, you have a sense of responsibility and organisation, you are reliable, rigorous, structured and solution-oriented.
