You are responsible for the further development of the IAM system including joiner-mover-leaver processes and automated identity workflows.
You operate and optimise Active Directory, Entra ID as well as central Microsoft 365 services such as Intune, Exchange Online, Teams and Defender.
You define security requirements and technical baselines for the Windows environment and ensure their consistent implementation.
You automate recurring infrastructure and operational tasks with PowerShell and take on technical responsibility in migrations, rollouts and modernisation projects.
You analyse complex 3rd-level incidents, continuously improve service quality and ensure the operation of your platforms including on-call duty.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education, a computer science degree or a comparable technical qualification.
You bring several years of experience in engineering complex Windows and Microsoft cloud environments.
You possess solid know-how in Identity & Access Management, JML processes, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
You are very proficient in PowerShell and enjoy making processes more efficient through automation.
You are familiar with modern security concepts and their practical implementation, work independently and customer-oriented, and communicate very well in German as well as well in English.
