Call Centre Agent (m/f) 100% German and French

What to expect:

• New customer acquisition
• Consultation and support of customers across the entire product portfolio
• Responding to telephone and written enquiries
• Providing information and handling complaints
• Supporting customers in the digital product area (app, e-magazine and e-shop)
• Recording and processing customer and order data
• Subscription processing such as orders and changes as well as complaints

You bring the following:

• A completed education
• Experience and strength in active acquisition and sales of services
• Very good French skills/native speaker and understand Swiss German
• Proficient in common customer service centre tools such as G Suite, SAP and Salesforce, etc.
