Project Buyer with Negotiation Skills 100% (m/f/d)

With high technical competence, innovative solutions, and a strong quality awareness, the company realises complex projects, relying on modern technologies and close collaboration between various specialist departments.
Role:
Do you want to apply your negotiation skills in versatile procurement projects? In this role, you will accompany demanding projects from a commercial perspective, analyse costs, and develop suitable purchasing strategies. You will work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and the involved project teams.
Responsibilities:
You accompany project-related procurement initiatives and prepare tenders as well as documents for contract awarding.
You analyse supplier offers, compare conditions, and identify economically attractive procurement options.
You conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors and agree on prices and contractual framework conditions.
You support the financial planning of projects through cost estimates, calculations, and regular evaluations.
You handle contractual adjustments and claims arising from changes during the project course.
You ensure compliance with agreed delivery dates and services and coordinate open issues with business partners.
You explore new purchasing opportunities through market comparisons and supplier research and further develop existing partnerships.
You contribute to the design of long-term and sustainable procurement solutions.
Qualifications:
You have completed studies in a technical or business field or have a commercial or technical vocational training with corresponding further education and bring at least three years of professional experience in project purchasing.
You ideally know the processes in construction, plant, or project management environments.
You are willing to visit project sites within Switzerland.
You have practical experience in contract negotiations and the design of purchasing agreements.
You can create economic evaluations and work confidently with MS Office.
You convince through analytical thinking, cost awareness, and an independent, structured way of working.
You have very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
