Trust and Tax Specialist (m/f/d)

- Independent design and management of international client structures.
- Coordination and follow-up of meetings, including minute-taking and implementation of agreed measures.
- Management of electronic files and ensuring proper archiving.
- Administrative support for client advisors and the entire team, especially in handling enquiries.
- Project collaboration and support in implementing strategic initiatives and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, preferably in the fiduciary sector or a comparable field.
- Practical experience in the fiduciary industry, banking sector, or international financial environment.
- Very good knowledge of Liechtenstein company law as well as basic understanding of FL tax law and German and Austrian company law.
- Additional qualifications in finance are advantageous (e.g. fiduciary certificates, specialist qualifications, etc.).
- Solid MS Office skills and experience using common software tools for administration and documentation.
- Strong communication skills in German and English and the ability to interact successfully with various stakeholders.
