Responsibilities:
You actively shape the digital transformation and identify innovative technologies with a focus on AI and automation.
You analyse existing business processes and develop efficient, practical and sustainable solutions for the specialist departments.
You support the digitalisation and automation of processes and accompany their implementation.
You lead digitalisation and innovation projects from the idea to successful implementation.
You work closely with specialist departments, IT partners and external IT providers.
Qualifications:
You have completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data science or a comparable education.
You bring practical experience in the digitalisation and automation of business processes and have a solid understanding of AI and data analysis.
You have experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI or comparable technologies.
Ideally, you are familiar with systems from the ERP, document management or financial environment such as Abacus.
You communicate very well in German and well in English and can convey complex technological topics understandably and inspire others.
