Foreign Trade Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the commercial processing of export orders
- Financial handling of customer orders (letters of credit, documentary collection, bank guarantees) in cooperation with banks
- Reviewing and rectifying export contracts
- Creating order confirmations and export-compliant shipping documents
- Monitoring shipping dates as well as planning and organising transports
- Invoicing orders including debtor management
- Clarifying worldwide VAT and customs matters
- Advising internal departments on commercial and logistical issues
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with further education in export
- Several years of professional experience in the export sector
- MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Fluent German and English skills
