We wish to recruit a Technical Project Manager – Building – permanent position – 80 – 100%

Mission:

As the true technical reference of the company, you ensure the design, study, modelling and monitoring of projects in the construction sector. You support projects from the initial analysis to the final reception on site, guaranteeing their technical compliance, safety and feasibility.

Studies and design

• Analysis of client needs and technical constraints.
• Carrying out technical surveys on site.
• Design of scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Preparation of execution plans and technical details.
• 3D modelling of projects.

Technical office

• Preparation of equipment lists and quantities.
• Optimisation of technical solutions.
• Carrying out and verification of static calculations.
• Control of the stability and compliance of structures.
• Preparation and validation of technical files.
• Signature and technical responsibility of projects according to qualifications and authorisations.

Project management and site monitoring

• Planning and coordination of projects.
• Collaboration with assembly teams.
• Coordination with architects, site managers and clients.
• Monitoring the progress of works.
• Verification of the compliance of completed installations.
• Final reception and validation of projects.

Profile:

• Civil engineer, structural engineer, ES technician, draftsman-designer or equivalent training.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling software.
• Strong knowledge of static calculations and material resistance.
• Experience in the design and monitoring of technical projects.
• Ability to manage a project independently, from study to reception.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Driving licence essential.
