Responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the in-house cloud services together with a motivated services team
Ensuring smooth operation and monitoring of the services, including 3rd-level support and fault analysis
Co-designing the further development of the workplace services with a focus on customer experience
Conceptualisation, implementation and lifecycle management of new service products, from requirements analysis to operation
Qualifications:
Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
Sound knowledge of virtualised environments and practical experience in their use
Experience in the cloud or workplace area, especially with Citrix and Windows servers
Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented working style to develop innovative solutions
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
