Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 130,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager: Architecture / Planning Management with a leadership role for demanding building construction projects. You will take on the technical and organisational leadership of the planning from the project design process to the execution project and coordinate internal as well as external planning teams. The focus is on planning management, execution planning, quality assurance and interface coordination between architecture, specialist planning and execution. You will ensure compliance with building permits, contractual bases and relevant SIA standards and be responsible for structured digital project documentation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for planning management of demanding building construction projects from project design to execution-ready planning
Leadership and coordination of internal and external planning and execution teams
Control of technical-constructive execution planning considering architecture, construction and feasibility
Structuring and control of planning packages, plan deliveries and approval processes across all relevant project phases
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, electrical, fire protection and other specialist disciplines
Review of specialist planning regarding feasibility, construction tolerances, collision freedom and constructive interfaces
Ensuring and tracking all requirements from building permits as well as integration into execution planning
Conducting plan reviews and quality controls according to contractual bases, project specifications and relevant SIA standards
Introduction, structuring and maintenance of a digital document and plan platform including version and approval management
Leading planning, coordination and project meetings including minute-taking, action and decision management
Monitoring of planning deadlines, milestones and plan deliveries as well as early control in case of deviations
Ensuring a complete and comprehensible planning and documentation process as a basis for execution
Qualifications:
Training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture with appropriate further education or degree as a architect FH
Several years of professional experience in project management, planning management and execution planning in Swiss building construction
Sound knowledge in technical-constructive planning, detailed planning and interdisciplinary specialist planner coordination
Very good knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, construction processes and approval procedures
Solid CAD/BIM user skills, ideally in Archicad, as well as confident handling of digital plan and document platforms
Experience in leading and coordinating internal and external planning teams
Very good German language skills spoken and written
