Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT workstations, clients and peripheral devices
Administration and support of servers, network components and communication systems
Analysis and resolution of hardware, software and network issues in 1st and 2nd level support
Monitoring and further development of the IT infrastructure as well as support with technical optimisations
Handling of escalations and maintenance of the knowledge base with technical solutions and documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ideally specialising in system technology
At least 5 years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support
Very good knowledge of Windows systems, clients, printers and IT peripherals
Experience with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365 and Azure is an advantage
Strong service and customer orientation, independent working style as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
