For our client, an engineering firm renowned for its large-scale projects in mechanical and metallic design, we are recruiting a 100% EPF Mechanical Engineer (M/F) for a permanent position.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You carry out mechanical and structural studies, taking into account physical constraints and safety requirements
- You design, model and size complex metal components using CAD software and numerical calculations
- You participate in optimising structures by integrating performance, reliability and ease of manufacture
- You collaborate closely with design, production and testing teams to validate technical solutions
- You perform finite element analyses (ANSYS or similar tools) to assess the strength and durability of parts
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of calculation methods and the development of internal simulation tools
You offer your new employer
- You hold an EPF mechanical engineering degree
- You have solid knowledge in mechanics, strength of materials and stress calculation
- You are proficient in Autocad and Inventor, and ideally ANSYS or another finite element calculation software
- You work with rigour, method and demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- You have a developed team spirit, a creative approach and a good command of the English language
