Do you love the mountains, outdoor activities and winter sports? Do you enjoy both contact with visitors and fieldwork, and have an interest in animation and communication? 

Torgon Tourism is looking for its future versatile team member for reception, at 80–100%! 

Your mission 

At the heart of the destination, you contribute to providing a quality welcome to our visitors and to promoting Torgon throughout the year. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Welcoming, advising and informing visitors at the tourist office; 

• Handling enquiries by phone and email; 

• Making reservations and sales related to activities and events; 

• Updating website content and destination communication materials; 

• Promoting the activities and experiences offered in the resort. 

Depending on the season, needs and your preferences, you may also: 

• Participate in administrative tasks, such as monitoring tourist taxes, accounting entries and processing incoming and outgoing invoices; 

• Contribute to event organisation and take charge of certain animations, such as organising musical entertainment in restaurants; 

• Create content for social media and newsletters; 

• Participate in the setup and maintenance of Torgon’s tourist products, such as the archery course, the escape game or Torgonland. 

Your profile 

• You have a genuine interest in tourism and the mountains; 

• You hold a qualification in tourism, hospitality, commerce or an equivalent title; 

• You have a very good command of English; German is a major asset; 

• You possess good writing skills; 

• You are comfortable with social media, Canva and the Microsoft Office suite; 

• You are cheerful, welcoming, creative and enjoy human contact; 

• You know how to work independently, with a practical and solution-oriented mindset; 

• You demonstrate flexibility and are available on weekends, public holidays and occasionally in the evenings; 

• You have a driving licence and a vehicle.
