• Project and construction management for renovation and new build projects of multi-family houses/commercial buildings
• Structural clarifications
• Coordination of cost estimation and tendering
• Calculation and control of construction costs
• Negotiations with craftsmen
• Construction supervision

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager
• Age between 30 and 55 years
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable working style
• Team-oriented and responsible personality
• Good German skills (spoken/written), additional languages advantageous
