Developing technical concepts and planning bases
Creating and further developing project and execution documents
Technical coordination with architects, engineers, specialist planners, and executing companies
Reviewing existing plans and developing suitable optimisations
Assisting with tenders, awards, and technical clarifications
Supporting implementation and assisting with technical questions during the construction phase
Coordinating interfaces between different specialist areas
Conducting technical clarifications and evaluating proposed solutions
Documenting project statuses and maintaining relevant planning documents
Professional experience in planning construction or infrastructure projects
Confident handling of technical planning documents and common planning tools
Good knowledge of relevant standards and technical requirements
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and complex construction tasks
Independent and careful working style
Good organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Enjoyment in approaching technical issues practically and solution-oriented
Very good German language skills, spoken and written

Education or degree in civil engineering, building construction, civil engineering or a comparable fieldProfessional experience in planning construction or infrastructure projects
Confident handling of technical planning documents and common planning tools
Good knowledge of relevant standards and technical requirements
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and complex construction tasks
Independent and careful working style
Good organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
