In close coordination with the team, you develop smart operational processes and set technical guardrails for all phases of platform operation.
Whether dealing with performance issues or troubleshooting: you analyse thoroughly, act solution-oriented, and anticipate the next escalation before it arises.
You ensure that container platforms not only run but are powerful and highly available.
When a process repeats, you see potential for automation and bring order, speed, and reliability to deployment.
Qualifications:
You have studied computer science and understand how to manage support processes sensibly using metrics.
Shell scripting suits you, and with Bash or Python you automate efficiently and purposefully.
Your toolbox includes Git, Terraform, Ansible & Co., which you use confidently and routinely.
CI/CD processes are part of your daily routine, Kubernetes is not a foreign word, and you master Linux effortlessly.
You communicate fluently in German and English.
