Senior Kubernetes & DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Role:
Do you want to design modern IT platforms and automate the operation of complex container environments? In this position, you will further develop Kubernetes-based platforms, optimise CI/CD processes and bring innovative technologies into productive use.
You can expect a technically demanding environment where you influence architectural decisions, drive automation forward and develop sustainable solutions for modern IT infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Building, operating and further developing modern platforms with Kubernetes and container technologies
Designing and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines as well as efficient deployment processes
Automating infrastructure and development workflows
Deploying and integrating virtualisation and traditional infrastructure technologies as needed
Shaping technical standards, architectures and DevOps best practices
Evaluating and introducing new tools and technologies in the field of containerisation and automation
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable practical experience
Good knowledge of Kubernetes, container technologies and Linux
Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab or Azure DevOps
Knowledge of automation and configuration management, for example with Ansible
Experience with VMware, Nutanix or Proxmox is an advantage
Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style as well as enthusiasm for standardisation and further development; good German skills required, English skills at B2 level are an advantage
