We are seeking a senior HR transformation professional to support the implementation of a new enterprise-wide approach to performance, development and leadership effectiveness. This strategic assignment will play a key role in embedding a modern performance culture, strengthening leadership capability and driving adoption of new ways of working across a complex, global company.

Missions
- Lead the deployment and adoption of a new Performance & Growth framework across the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR teams and key business stakeholders.
- Develop and execute change management and engagement strategies to ensure successful implementation.
- Create impactful communication, training and adoption plans to support employees and people managers.
- Design and facilitate leadership workshops, manager enablement sessions and stakeholder forums.
- Strengthen organizational capability through best-practice approaches to performance, feedback, coaching and development.
- Monitor implementation progress and recommend actions to drive engagement, consistency and long-term success.
Profil du candidat
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide Performance Management, Talent Development or Organizational Effectiveness programs.
- Strong background in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Learning & Development.
- Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership teams in complex and matrixed organizations.
- Experience delivering large-scale HR transformation, culture change or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on throughout implementation.
- Consulting experience gained within a leading advisory firm or large multinational environment would be highly valued.
- Previous exposure to international FMCG, consumer goods, retail or similarly fast-paced global organizations is a distinct advantage.
Conditions et Avantages
