Junior Project Manager Building Services HVAC (m/f/d)
Role:
In this exciting entry-level role, you will actively participate in technically demanding projects in the HVAC sector. You will support experienced project managers in the planning, coordination, and realisation of innovative building services solutions and gradually grow into independent project responsibility. An environment that promotes learning, development, and teamwork awaits you.
Responsibilities:
Support in project planning, scheduling, and quality control
Participation in technical site management and specialist coordination in the HVAC sector
Assistance with commissioning and acceptance procedures
Collaboration on cross-disciplinary planning tasks and in change request management
Creation and maintenance of project documentation and technical records
Support in asset management as well as in customer contact
Contribution to digitalisation and process optimisation (e.g. BIM)
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner specialising in heating, ventilation, or sanitation or equivalent qualification
Further education as a technician HF or engineer FH/HTL in preparation or planned
Interest in project management and modern building services technology
Structured, eager to learn, and solution-oriented working style
Confident use of MS 365 and digital tools
Enthusiasm for innovation and technical advancement
Fluent German language skills
