Analyse customer requirements, conduct workshops, and maintain relationships
Create user stories and specify them technically for development
Be responsible for solution quality & overall technical solution
Define and coordinate system integrations, APIs & interfaces
Identify technical risks and initiate appropriate measures
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science (FH/Uni) or comparable education, ideally complemented by requirements engineering
Several years of practical experience in IT business analysis in a software development environment
Ability to grasp complex contexts and develop scalable, pragmatic solution architectures
Solid understanding of software development, agile methods, architectures & technologies
Experience with data modelling using UML or ERD
High quality standards, sense of responsibility, and confident communication with customers & development teams
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1)
