For one of our clients, a human-scale physiotherapy practice located in Gland, we are looking for a Physiotherapist (m/f/d). You will join a small experienced team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality care.

Your responsibilities

• Provide care for a varied patient base, from young to elderly patients

• Work in various fields: orthopaedics, traumatology, rheumatology, respiratory, geriatrics, uro-gynaecology and home care

• Develop care plans tailored to the needs and goals of each patient

• Use a diverse therapeutic approach, combining active and manual techniques

• Collaborate closely with other physiotherapists and benefit from their specialities and complementary experiences

• Maintain collaboration with general practitioners, rheumatologists, chiropractors, hospitals and clinics in the region

• Always place patient listening and quality of care at the centre of your practice

Your profile

• You hold a physiotherapist diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross

• You have a first professional experience allowing you to work with a certain degree of autonomy

• You are fluent in French; any other language is an asset

• You appreciate a varied therapeutic approach and do not limit yourself to active techniques only

• Knowledge in manual therapy, muscle chains or other complementary approaches is a plus

• You are attentive, know your limits, and do not hesitate to ask for advice when necessary

• You share a vision of physiotherapy focused on quality of care and patient needs
