This integration strengthens our connection with the Montchoisi Clinic, an emblematic establishment in the heart of Lausanne, renowned for its excellence in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, ENT and radiology.
From 2026, MotionLab took over the management of the physiotherapy centres of the Montchoisi and Genolier clinics to offer even more direct access to our patients and athletes.
Job Description
As a senior sports physiotherapist, you will be expected to:
- Define care standards (protocols, internal guidelines)
- Ensure the quality and consistency of treatments within the team
- Manage complex / chronic cases / therapeutic failures
- Be the clinical referent for specific pathologies (e.g. ACL, shoulder, return to sport)
- Actively participate in mentoring junior physiotherapists
- Contribute to the creation and development of a professional network
- Contribute to project management related to the centre’s services
- Participate in the development of clinical network activity, new offers, visibility
- Be involved in team management
- Manage outpatients (musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological)
- Conduct functional assessments and performance tests
- Ensure coordination with prescribing doctors
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Swiss physiotherapy diploma or equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Proven experience in outpatient and musculoskeletal fields (minimum 5 years)
- Additional training in sports physiotherapy
- Natural leadership and passion for knowledge transfer
- Interest in project management and business development
- Autonomy, rigour, team spirit and flexibility
- Strong interest in innovation and multidisciplinary work
