Employee Sales Counter and Internal Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You know the difference between a good product and the right solution. That is exactly what makes you the important contact person for the customers of our client from building services engineering. Whether at the counter, on the phone, or via quotation: you advise competently, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure that an enquiry quickly turns into a completed order. In doing so, you work closely with the field service and logistics and are right in the middle when it comes to getting things moving.

• You welcome collection customers in the building services shop and make sure no one leaves with question marks on their face

• You advise customers on sanitary and heating products and find the suitable solution

• You present the products attractively while keeping an overview of the sales area

• You accompany orders from the first enquiry to delivery and ensure that everything runs reliably

• You create, process, and track quotations and stay on top of things even when the response takes a little longer

What do I need to be successful?

You don’t need to explain to anyone how building services engineering works. Ideally, you have already learned this and proven it in practice.

• Completed basic training as a sanitary or heating installer EFZ

• Very good product knowledge in the field of building services engineering

• Sales flair and enjoyment in advising customers competently

• Strong communication skills as well as a confident and likeable manner

• Technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• High service orientation and enjoyment in tackling things independently

• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is a plus

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
