Clerical Work in Fiduciary Services (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent management of fiduciary mandates
- Preparation of financial accounting and annual financial statements
- Execution of payroll accounting including social security calculations
- Correspondence with authorities, banks, and insurance companies
- Advising and supporting our clients in tax matters
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and standards
- Close cooperation with the fiduciary team and other specialist departments
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training in fiduciary services, finance, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting, preparation of annual financial statements, and payroll accounting
- Confident use of common accounting software applications
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
