- Operation, optimisation, and continuous development of existing client, workplace, and end-user computing infrastructures
- Design, integration, and further development of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Omnissa Horizon environments
- Administration and engineering of Microsoft SCCM/MECM including software distribution, configuration management, and patch management
- Participation in the introduction and further development of modern endpoint management solutions with Microsoft Intune
- Implementation and support of identity and access management solutions as well as user, role, and permission concepts
- Analysis of complex error patterns using logs, reports, and monitoring data as well as independent troubleshooting and sustainable problem resolution
- Planning and execution of workplace migrations as well as responsibility for technical documentation, change management, and release management
- Several years of professional experience in workplace engineering, client engineering, EUC or system engineering, ideally around six years or more
- Very good practical experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Citrix or Omnissa Horizon, including independent implementation and further development of productive environments
- Sound knowledge in software distribution, Windows client management, configuration management, patch management, and client lifecycle management
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint management or modern workplace concepts is an advantage
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to systematically and independently resolve even complex technical faults
- High personal responsibility, quality awareness, and enjoyment in advising customers competently from a technical perspective and implementing solutions sustainably
- Fluent German skills (C2), very good English skills (at least B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Technical end-to-end responsibility for workplace projects from conception through migration and implementation to successful handover to operations- Operation, optimisation, and continuous development of existing client, workplace, and end-user computing infrastructures
- Design, integration, and further development of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Omnissa Horizon environments
- Administration and engineering of Microsoft SCCM/MECM including software distribution, configuration management, and patch management
- Participation in the introduction and further development of modern endpoint management solutions with Microsoft Intune
- Implementation and support of identity and access management solutions as well as user, role, and permission concepts

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or system technology; further training such as Dipl. Technician HF IT or BSc IT, relevant Microsoft and/or Citrix certifications are advantageous- Several years of professional experience in workplace engineering, client engineering, EUC or system engineering, ideally around six years or more
- Very good practical experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Citrix or Omnissa Horizon, including independent implementation and further development of productive environments
