Tasks and Responsibilities

On-site construction management of all trades for architecturally and technically demanding building projects
Organisation of the construction site, management of contractors and direct contact person for all project participants
Schedule monitoring, invoice control, quality and cost management in accordance with the contractual obligations of the contractors
Compliance with building regulations, inspection of the building and management of acceptance processes with all parties involved
You are responsible for reporting, tendering, contractor negotiations and contract management

Your Profile

Qualified construction manager, construction technician, architectural draughtsperson or architect with a university of applied sciences degree
At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a construction manager in an architectural office, in general planning or in a construction management office with a focus on renovation projects
Confident negotiation skills in dealing with clients and contractors
Native German speaker, both written and spoken
Good user knowledge of office and construction administration programmes such as Win-Messerli, MS Project and MS Office
Responsible team player with customer-oriented approach
Motivated, committed and reliable personality
