Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 130,000Rocken® is looking for experienced professionals in the field of controlling. In collaboration with our partner, we offer positions in the following professional groups: Head of Controlling, Business Controller, Group Controller, Financial Controller, Junior Controller.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and controlling of business plans and financial statements including support with the annual budget
- Analyses and forecasts as well as the key performance indicator system
- Responsibility in group projects to improve controlling processes and harmonise workflows
- Additionally, participation in finance-related projects
- Management and further development of all controlling-relevant topics within the group
- Support in the digitalisation of company processes as well as optimisation of analytics concepts for internal company processes
- Development and implementation of group policies for internal accounting
Qualifications:
- Degree in economics with a focus on finance and controlling or other equivalent education
- Very good accounting knowledge, experience with consolidations
- Several years of professional experience in the design and implementation of controlling and financial processes
- Solid ICT knowledge, SAP ERP
- Excellent analytical skills and a "hands-on mentality"
- Confident communication in German and English
