Senior Manager / Lead Auditor with a Focus on SMEs and Pension Funds (m/f/d) 50-60%

What you will achieve

• Leading BVG-specific audit mandates according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
• Leading limited and smaller statutory audit mandates according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER in the national SME sector
• Taking the lead for a young and highly motivated audit team during mandate execution
• Interest in various projects that broaden your horizon and require innovative solutions

What makes you successful

• Certified auditor with experience in auditing BVG mandates according to SWISS GAAP FER 26
• Experience in auditing limited and smaller statutory audits
• Clear, understandable, and concise communication skills in German
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and strong analytical skills
• Convincing clients both professionally and personally for sustainable business relationships
• Commitment to the development of the team
• Comfortable in a digital and dynamic working environment
• Residence or connection to our catchment area (Lachen/Glarus/Chur)
