- Independent handling of the monthly payroll processing
- Support and management of all administrative payroll processes
- Maintenance and control of personnel, payroll, and time management data
- Processing of entries, exits, and changes
- Handling social insurances, withholding taxes, and other payroll-related matters
- Contact person for employees regarding questions about salary and social insurances
- Support for employees and enquiries in German and Italian
- Collaboration with internal HR departments as well as external authorities and insurance companies
- Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in HR or payroll
- Several years of practical experience in Swiss payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
- Very good German skills and good Italian skills
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with common HR/payroll systems
- Precise, reliable, and discreet working style
- Independent and service-oriented personality
