With your instinct for customer needs and your organisational talent, you turn every customer project into a success. You create customised offers and orders, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure a smooth process for the distribution and return of event materials. At the same time, you represent our company at networking events, establish valuable contacts, and thus continue to expand our customer network. Thanks to your commitment and solution-oriented working style, you provide our customers with top-level service and actively contribute to the further development of our company.

Your tasks

• Creating offers and orders
• Telephone support and advice for our customers
• Direct advice and support for customers at the counter and in the showroom as well as on site at the location
• Independent project management for assigned customers, including planning, coordination and implementation
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships.
• Participation in networking events for customer acquisition and maintenance of business contacts
• General administrative tasks
• You accompany large projects on site including logistics coordination and act as direct contact for customers

Your skills and our requirements

• Enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Efficient and independent working style
• Enjoy working in a team
• Flexibility and reliability in completing tasks
• Commercial training or similar experience from other areas
• Good IT skills (common Office programmes)
• Confident oral and written communication in German (French and English advantageous)
• Willingness to work outside normal working hours during the season.
