- Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in chip-removing manufacturing
- Experience in supervising and training apprentices
- Training as a trainer* is an advantage
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC machining centres
- Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
- Reliable, straightforward and team-oriented personality
- Deputising for the head of the productive training workshop
- Professional and personal support of apprentices
- Operating conventional machines as well as modern CNC machining centres
- Setting up and optimising CNC machines
- Manufacturing of individual parts up to medium series
- Carrying out first-piece and intermediate inspections
- Monitoring and changing of machining tools
- Continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes
- Performing weekly machine maintenance
- A responsible and varied role with leadership responsibilities
