Project Assistant: Construction Management 60 - 80 %

What you achieve

• You are the organisational and administrative hub of our new build, conversion and renovation projects and, together with our project managers, contribute to a smooth process.
• You coordinate appointments and ensure the flow of information between internal and external stakeholders.
• You maintain project documentation, support project controlling, process invoices and assist with cost controls as well as credit applications and construction billing.
• As deputy for the department assistance, you take on versatile administrative and organisational tasks for the department and team leader - from appointment scheduling to reporting and quality management.

What you bring

• You have completed training in the construction, architecture or real estate sector, for example as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, structural draughtsperson or construction manager HFP, or have a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the construction or real estate industry as well as experience in project administration.
• You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in complex situations and reliably coordinate different topics.
• You communicate confidently in German. French or Italian language skills are desirable.
• You use Microsoft Office applications confidently. Knowledge of SAP, MS Project or comparable systems is a plus.
