You combine medical expertise with organisational talent and want to apply both in a varied role? As a Medical Practice Assistant/Health Specialist you accompany doctors on ward rounds in retirement and nursing homes while ensuring a smooth administrative process in the background.

• Duration: Immediate start until 30.11.2026 with option for extension/permanent employment
• Location: Uster region
• Employment type: Temporary / with option for permanent employment

About our client

For our client, a company specialised in medical care in retirement and nursing homes, operating on site with a mobile group practice, we are seeking reinforcement. The company simplifies medical care for residents directly in the institutions and is currently expanding its services in several Swiss regions.

Your tasks

• You actively contribute your expertise to the care and treatment of patients
• You occasionally perform medical measures such as ECG, quick tests or vaccinations
• You record the results of ward rounds digitally on a mobile device
• You take on administrative tasks such as planning the ward rounds and maintaining patient records and reports

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a medical practice assistant (MPA), health specialist (FaGe) or a comparable medical qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the medical field, e.g. in a medical practice, home care or a nursing facility
• Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of switching between fieldwork and administrative tasks
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle
