ERP systems are the digital backbone of modern companies. We are looking for a person who understands business processes and designs robust, automated, and future-proof company processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
Consulting on the introduction and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
Analysis and optimisation of complex business processes
Development of individual solution concepts for different company areas
Support of ERP projects from requirements gathering to productive implementation
Consulting in areas such as finance, purchasing, sales, logistics, and supply chain
Configuration and further development of Dynamics 365 functionalities
Digitalisation and automation of existing business processes
Creation of technical concepts and functional specifications
Conducting workshops with departments and key users
Support with migrations, interfaces, and system integrations
Analysis of existing ERP processes and identification of optimisation potential
Collaboration with developers, solution architects, and project managers
Qualifications:
Degree or training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification
Experience in ERP consulting or in the business application environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Business Central
Sound understanding of business processes
Experience with requirements engineering and process analysis
Technical understanding of integrations and modern cloud systems
Analytical and structured thinking
High personal responsibility and strong consulting skills
Interest in digitalisation and process automation
