Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for projects and clients from the concept phase to commissioning of the systems
You act as organiser and coordinator within the project team
You ensure technical functionality as well as timely and cost-compliant execution and make independent decisions
You lead a small planning team and convince through decisiveness and initiative
You present yourself as a competent contact and trusted person to demanding clients
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a building services planner EFZ and have further education as a technician HF/TS or engineer FH
You have practical professional experience as a project team leader and work with the BIM planning method
You are characterised by flexibility, a sense of responsibility and a can-do attitude
Negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form
