Technical Draughtswoman Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF60,000 - 75,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape the planning and development of exciting construction projects. You work closely with architects, project managers and site managers and create preliminary, building permit and execution plans. You benefit from a modern working environment with contemporary equipment. The tasks are varied and offer plenty of room for professional development. Your work is highly appreciated and contributes significantly to the success of the project.
Responsibilities:
- You independently create preliminary, building permit, execution and detail plans
- In this role, you obtain relevant information from authorities and utility providers
- You develop simple visualisations to present project ideas
- As a technical draughtswoman, you work closely with architects, project managers and site managers
- You support specialist planners with reliable planning documents
- In coordination with the team, you ensure consistent and precise planning documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a structural draughtsperson
- You have solid basic knowledge in using ArchiCAD
- You work independently and never lose sight of the big picture
- Independence and diligence characterise your working style
- You think solution-oriented and actively contribute to the team
- Enthusiasm for joint planning and implementation is a matter of course for you
