We implement customised business IT solutions with ABACUS Business Software, the leading ERP solution in Switzerland.

For our BDO Digital division (workplace: Solothurn, Bern, Zurich, St. Gallen or Lucerne) we are looking for a committed and eager-to-learn personality as Abacus Consultant HR for the Payroll product area.

Abacus Consultant Payroll (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• Thanks to your experience with Abacus Payroll and the additional solutions Payroll Budget, Compensation Round, Employee Check-In and UKA Connect, you understand the needs of our customers and advise them competently
• You record customer requirements in a structured manner, develop viable solution concepts and successfully complete projects with your methodological strength in the areas of requirement engineering, project management, change management and customer support
• You are responsible for the introduction and support of the Payroll/HR application as well as for the timely and economical implementation of projects
• In addition to parameterising the software at the customer, you conduct training sessions and continue to support your customers professionally after project completion
• Together with our sales team, you support the acquisition of new customers, conduct presentations and represent BDO at customer events and exhibitions
• You further develop the products in our specialist groups together with your colleagues

What makes you successful

• You have a commercial or business administration education as well as several years of professional experience in payroll administration, payroll consulting or ERP consulting
• You have basic Abacus knowledge and bring sound expertise in the area of Abacus Payroll
• You bring a pronounced consulting competence as well as sound methodological skills in project management, requirement engineering and change management
• You enjoy working conceptually in a team, are solution-oriented and remain composed even under high time pressure
