What to expect

• Professional and personnel management as well as active development of the Health Consulting and Case Management team in Lausanne with approx. 6 employees
• Ensuring smooth operations in day-to-day business, assisting when needed, supporting with professionally complex tasks and organisation across all 5 nationwide health consulting teams (French, German and Italian)
• Checking compliance with defined quality standards, existing processes and ensuring efficient and professional implementation
• Actively further developing the services within the existing framework conditions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote the services

What you bring

• Several years of leadership experience as well as the ability to lead a team effectively and appreciatively both professionally and personally
• Completed basic medical training (physiotherapist, nutritionist, nursing professional, MPA or similar) as well as a functionally relevant further education
• High personal responsibility, a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset as well as willingness to travel to another Helsana location about once a month
• Strong communication skills, positive mindset and team spirit as well as enthusiasm for the services and motivation to promote them
• Fluent French and German in spoken and written form mandatory, English and Italian advantageous
