Your Impact
As a People Partner, you are the trusted sparring partner for leaders and the contact person for demanding employee issues. You combine sound HR advice with a good understanding of people, leadership, and organisational contexts. A focus lies on complex cases and case management topics. You provide orientation, structure situations, and develop sustainable solutions together with those involved. At the same time, you contribute your experience to the further development of leadership and collaboration.
Your Contribution in Daily Work
You advise leaders on demanding personnel and labour law issues.
You take on complex case management cases and ensure a professional approach.
You support health and psychosocial issues and coordinate internal and external parties.
You assist with conflicts, disciplinary matters, as well as sensitive leadership and employee situations.
You act as a sparring partner during changes and reorganisations.
You contribute to organisational development and projects.
You provide occasional support in workshops, onboarding, and development formats.
Your Profile
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or in a comparable HR consulting role, as well as very good knowledge of labour law and experience in handling complex leadership situations.
Solid experience in case management, especially with health and/or psychosocial issues, as well as in supporting conflicts and change processes.
Strong consulting and communication skills, combined with a structured, reflective, and solution-oriented working style.
Interest in organisational development and modern approaches, as well as a high degree of social competence, integrity, discretion, and resilience.
