We are looking for a Team Leader Infrastructure & Building Services (m/f/d) 100% for our client

Your Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the Infrastructure / Facility Management team

• Active participation in daily operational business (strong hands-on mentality)

• Ensuring reliable operation of:

  • Buildings and building services systems (HVAC, compressed air & nitrogen supply)

  • Integrated building management system and automated logistics infrastructure

  • Cleanliness, waste disposal and site/outdoor facilities

• Organisation, coordination and partial execution of:

  • Maintenance and repair work

  • Troubleshooting and repairs of building and special technology

  • Cleaning, waste disposal, winter and on-call services

• Supervision and coordination of external service providers, specialist companies and craft businesses

• Close cooperation with internal departments (logistics/production, technical and IT) as well as interfaces to external partners

• Participation and leadership of projects:

  • Independent management of smaller projects or subprojects

  • Participation in larger expansions, conversions and system optimisations

• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and environmental requirements

• Maintenance of technical documentation as well as active use of digital tools / FM software (CAFM/building management technology)

• Completed technical, craft or commercial basic training (EFZ) (e.g. electrician, heating/ventilation specialist, maintenance technician or comparable)

• Further training in facility management, building services (HVAC) or maintenance is an advantage

• Mandatory: Proven leadership experience in technical building management of an industrial, production or logistics company

• Experience with special systems: Solid practical experience in the maintenance of compressed air, nitrogen and HVAC systems as well as state-of-the-art building management systems

• Personality: Hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving skills, resilience and reliability

• Working style: Structured working method, strong service orientation and organisational skills

• Digital support: Proficient use of modern digital tools, building management systems and FM software

• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Flexibility: Willingness to take on on-call and standby duties
